Are decoden products durable?

Cream glue is a main material for making mobile phone case, with strong plasticity, soft like cream when making, and relatively hard after drying, which can protect your items well.

How to clean my decoden products?

If the phone case gets dirty, you can clean it with water, baking soda, toothpaste, alcohol or detergent.

What if the charms on my decoden case fall off?

If the charms come off or cream glue comes apart, a small dab of glue will be able to fix it!Glue can be found in Walmart as well as most craft stores.

Can I use my decoden case right after receiving it?

After receiving the cream glue case, we suggest u to put it in a ventilated place for 2-3 days before using (because the phone case is in a sealed state during transportation).
